Q: How do I earn points?
A: Use your Turkey Hill Rewards Card or alternate ID every time you shop. Earn points for every dollar spent on eligible items.
Q: Are any items not eligible for points?
A: Most items in the store are eligible for points. There are a few items that are not eligible: cigarettes and other tobacco products, milk (gallon and half gallon), money orders, money transfers, lottery/online and scratch, fuel, Turkey Hill gift cards, proprietary Visa/MasterCard prepaid reloadable products, Red Box, Vacuum, Air, and other service items like tickets and municipal trash bags.
Q: Do I get 3¢ off on top of my earned fuel Rewards?
A: No. The everyday 3¢ discount cannot be combined with any other fuel Rewards discount.
Q: How long do I have to redeem my Rewards?
A: Rewards earned this month can be used now through the end of next month. Points earned in one month cannot be combined with points earned in another month. Points remaining after a fill up are available for use through the end of the following month in which they were earned providing you have at least 100 remaining fuel points.
Q: What should I do if I've lost my Rewards Card?
A: It's easy to replace your lost, damaged, or stolen card. Just visit any of our Turkey Hill locations and pick up a new card. Then, please call 1-866-988-3835 or 1-800-538-0705 and a customer service agent will assist you in linking your new card to your account. Your contact information and points will be preserved and added to your new card.
Q: How do I know which clubs I am participating in? What is my current item count? Do I have any rewards available?
A: Receipts will show total number of club items purchased and total number of club rewards available. If you have not purchased any items in a particular club, then that club will not be listed on the receipt. You can also check your club balance online by registering your Turkey Hill rewards card at www.turkeyhillstores.com or by calling 866-988-3835 (number on the back of the card).
Q: Is there a limit on how many club rewards I can redeem at once?
A: No. Different club rewards (Ex: Pizza, Sub, Coffee) can be redeemed in a single transaction. If you have multiple rewards available in the same club (3 cups of coffee) then each cup of coffee can be rung up in a separate transaction.
Q: How long do I have to redeem my club reward?
A: Club rewards with a set end date will not expire until one month after the end of that club promotion.
Q: Do I have to redeem my club reward or can I save it?
A: Yes you can choose to save your free club redemption until a later date. You will have one month after the stated end club promotion to use your redemption.
Q: Why can't I redeem my free ice cream while it is on sale for 2/$5?
A: You cannot combine two promotions at a time, so we will give you the better value. You can earn club points for purchasing the sale items when they are on promotion, but you cannot redeem the club until it is off promotion. This allows you to receive the sale price and earn club rewards during the promotion. Then when the item is at regular retail you will be able to receive your FREE club.
Q: Why did you remove bonus point items from the rewards program?
A: We have listened to our customers who have asked to receive rewards on merchandise. We introduced the clubs program, which enables you to earn free items after purchasing a selected number of items in that same club. Also we increased the point value from 2 points per dollar on any eligible item to 4 points per dollar on any eligible item. This now allows you to purchase all eligible items in the store and receive higher points per dollar instead of just a small select group of items.
