Player-Activated Terminals now available.
In 2004, the Pennsylvania Lottery developed and distributed Player-Activated Terminals (PATs) which allow players to purchase their on-line and instant lottery games without the assistance of a sales clerks. These machines use touch-screen technology to make it easy for people to purchase their tickets.
