Part-Time and Full-Time Store Associates

Since the majority of our stores are open 24/7, we have various flexible hours available to suit the needs of Store Associates. Due to the nature of our business, weekend, holiday, and evening work may be required. Part-time Associates may work from five to thirty hours per week. Full-time Associates may work from thirty-two to forty hours per week, and may be requested to work overtime as needed.

Store Associates are responsible for providing superior customer service in pristine clean stores, under the guidelines of the company policies, mission, and all applicable laws.

Food Service Leader

The Food Service Leader will assist the Store Manager in a profitable and efficient operation of the Food Service in the assigned store. He or she will direct the food service activities for maximum sales results and superior customer service in pristine clean stores, under the guidelines of the company policies, mission, and all applicable laws.

Assistant Manager

An Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the profitable and efficient operation of the assigned store. He or she will assist the Store Manager in directing all store activities for maximum sales results and superior customer service in pristine clean stores, under the guidelines of the company policies, mission, and all applicable laws. An Assistant Manager must be able to efficiently manage all store activities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Store Manager

A Store Manager is responsible for the profitable and efficient operation of the assigned store. He or she will direct all store activities for maximum sales results and superior customer service in pristine clean stores, under the guidelines of the company policies, mission, and all applicable laws. Prior retail management experience is preferred.

District Advisor In Training

Seeking high-energy self-motivated candidates with a desire to succeed to support Turkey Hill's future growth and expansion plans. Selected candidates will progress through training modules focused on developing skills necessary to be a successful multi-unit supervisor.

This is a developmental position, with the intent of culminating in a promotion to District Advisor. Assignments during training are of a temporary nature, based on performance. Actual promotion to District Advisor is based on prior multi-unit supervisory experience, performance during training, and position availability.

Successful candidates must demonstrate competency and function in all phases of store operations: Sales, profitability, customer service, store appearance, inventory management, marketing execution, loss prevention, payroll and risk management.

District Advisors have direct supervision of 10-14 stores.

Qualifications
  • 4-year degree or equivalent management experience.
  • Multi-unit experience in food service/retail preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to recruit and motivate people, instills accountability, and achieves results.
